Equestrian

A dedicated equestrian, Laura Toogood represented Great Britain in Three Day Eventing at several international competitions during her sporting career. She partnered her top horse, The Fieldmaster, in Team GB at the Junior European Championships in Belgium. Laura was also shortlisted to represent Great Britain at the Young Rider European Championships. Laura then progressed to campaign the horse in World Cup Qualifiers.

Laura Toogood also represented Great Britain at Breda International in Holland. Other International competitions included Necarne Horse Trials in Northern Ireland, Punchestown in the Republic of Ireland and Bramham International Horse Trials.

Later focusing on pure dressage, Laura Toogood was selected to compete for England at a Home International in Scotland. At this event she won the Music Championship with a Michael Jackson and Direstraits compilation for her routine. She took the title on her young horse, which was a Silvano N-sired gelding called Ruxton Silberstern.
